Because It's My First Love Korean Drama - Nam Joo Hyuk

Nam Joo Hyuk (Bride of the Water God) is all set to star in the upcoming drama Because It’s My First Love. Because It’s My First Love is a youth drama about people in their twenties coming of age. It comes from the PD of My Sassy Girl.

Nam Joo Hyuk will play a man who seems to be perfect in every way but is actually hiding a lot of pain inside. This drama and role sounds like a good fit for Nam Joo Hyuk. I really hope we get together a solid ensemble cast to make this an endearing and emotional drama.

Because It’s My First Love is looking to air later in 2018.

I have my reservations. Mainly because of Water God. That role was to much for him as a young actor. This one seems not only age appropriate, but suitable to his acting range.

  I understand. I did enjoy BOTHWG, but it was a mess and full of issues all around. I also usually like Nam Joo Hyuk fine enough, but I think he does best with roles like Weightlifting Fairy. And like you said, this role sounds more fitting for him all around 🙂

Well…being 42…I guess it’s sometimes nice to see movies/dramas that feature people in their 20’s. It makes me feel less old lol. Seriously though…have to see a trailer first in order to see if this is something that I would enjoy😊

  I tend to like coming of age type stories especially when they get a really good ensemble cast. So I’m interested to see how this one develops 🙂
