EXO’s D.O. and Nam Ji Hyun Offered Starring Roles in Korean Drama “Hundred Day Husband”

Hundred Day Husband Korean Drama - D.O. and Nam Ji Hyun

Yes! Finally! Another historical drama is in the works! EXO’s D.O. (I Remember You) and Nam Ji Hyun (Suspicious Partner) have been offered starring roles in the new drama Hundred Day Husband. Hundred Day Husband is about a Joseon prince who survives an assassination attempt, but he loses his memory, goes missing, and ends up living as a commoner for 100 days. He meets a woman who runs a detective agency and they work to discover his identity in this comical historical Jason Bourne style story. The drama comes from the writer of Dr. Champ and My Lovely Girl.

Well, this sounds like all kinds of fun! We’ve been in quite the historical drama drought these days. It’s been months since one has been on and the only one coming up soon is Grand Prince with Mr. Sunshine looking to air later in the year. So I’m thrilled to see another one in the making.

And I love Nam Ji Hyun to pieces as well as have greatly enjoyed everything I have seen D.O. in. I think they would be a fun pairing for sure. But mostly, I’m just excited about this drama all around!

Hundred Day Husband is looking to air later in 2018 on tvN.
