Lee Dong Gun Joins the Cast of Korean Sageuk Drama ‘Seven Day Queen’

Seven Day Queen Korean Drama - Lee Dong Geun

Lee Dong Gun (Laurel Tree Tailors) has joined the cast of the new KBS sageuk drama Seven Day Queen alongside Yeon Woo Jin (Introverted Boss) and Park Min Young (Remember: War of the Son).

He will play the third leg of the love triangle as King Yeonsangung. Yeon Woo Jin plays his half brother King Jungjong with Park Min Young as our one week queen. So it looks like we now have our main cast complete!

Seven Day Queen is a political romance about the love story between King Jungjong and the daughter of a powerful politician who became queen for just one week before being dethroned because of her father’s attempted political coup. She gets caught in a love triangle with him and his half brother King Yeonsangung.

Seven Day Queen is looking to air this summer on KBS.
