Solomon's Perjury Korean Drama - Kim Hyun Soo

The first trailer has been released for the upcoming teen mystery drama Solomon’s Perjury starring Kim Hyun Soo (Joseon Gunman). The trailer contains scenes from the drama itself as well as some commentary from the author of the Japanese novel it is based off of.

I really like the serious tone of the trailer which clearly depicts the difficult situations the students are facing. It looks pretty intense, and I’m looking forward to a good high school drama with a darker feel.

Solomon’s Perjury deals with school violence and bullying and is about a high school that is turned upside-down after a student dies. The death is ruled a suicide, and the media ends up in a frenzy over it. But the students believe something more is going on and take it upon themselves to uncover the truth. It stars Kim Hyun Soo, Jang Dong Yoon, Seo Young Ju, Baek Chul Min, and Seo Ji Hoon.

Solomon’s Perjury is scheduled to premiere December 16 on JTBC.

Okay, this I have to see. I always like seeing shows set on highschool and this definitely looks the part. The subject matter resonates a bit with me honestly, as I myself unfortunately also have had to deal with bullies back in my schooldays. That said, I just like the vibe of this trailer. Looking forward to it 😊

I enjoy high school dramas too and there really aren’t a whole lot of them. Sorry to hear you had to go through such difficulties during your school years. I can see how a drama like this would definitely be relatable. It does have a serious and suspenseful vibe, and I’m really looking forward to see how it all plays out.
