The Man Living in Our House Korean Drama - Kim Young Kwang, Soo Ae, Lee Soo Hyuk, and Jo Bo Ah

Things get a little more serious in the new trailer for the upcoming KBS comedy drama The Man Living in Our House starring Kim Young Kwang (D-Day) and Soo Ae (Mask). We see Soo Ae discovering her fiance is cheating on her as well as attending her mother’s funeral. She sadly walks along a road in her her hometown and passes by Lee Soo Hyuk and Jo Bo Ah. She eventually encounters Kim Young Kwang calling out her name.

This trailer was definitely different from the previous two, but I really like it. It is more thoughtful and hints at the emotional journey our characters will have to go through. It easily drew me in, and I’m already interested in all of these people.

The Man Living in Our House is based on a webtoon about a woman (Soo Ae) whose life becomes a lot more complicated when a man (Kim Young Kwang) the same age as her turns up claiming to be her late mother’s husband, making him her stepfather.  She doesn’t believe him and then sets out on a mission to prove he is lying.

The Man Living in Our House is scheduled to premiere October 24 on KBS.

Okay, this trailer has convinced me to keep this one on my radar. As I stated previously not a real big fan of comedies, but the plot of this one is really great, and this trailer shows it definitely will have more in it than a comedy. Looking forward to it 😀

I really liked this one! I’m pretty optimistic I will enjoy the drama, but I do like comedies. The writer also wrote Flower Boy Next Door which I loved. It had plenty of comedy in it, but it was also extremely heartwarming and thought-provoking with some wonderful character journeys. So I’m hoping for something very similar with this one 🙂
