Kdrama Kisses

Lee Jong Suk (Pinocchio) has confirmed he will star in the new Chinese drama Jade Lover.  Jade Lover is a fantasy romance set in the 1930’s that will focus on the love-hate relationship between two rich people.  Lee Jong Suk will be joined by popular Chinese actress Zheng Schuang as his leading lady.  The drama is actually a joint Korean-Chinese production and will be directed by Jin Hyuk (Doctor Stranger).

I would definitely prefer this to be a Korean drama.  But many Korean actors have been heading to China to do dramas lately.  I do actually love the setting of the drama, and I will be keeping an eye on this one.

Production for Jade Lover is set to begin sometime in January.
