Korean Drama Sweet Family Confirmed to Star Jung Jun Ho, Moon Jung Hee, and Jung Woong In

Jung Jun Ho, Moon Jung Hee, and Jung Woong In have confirmed they will star in the new MBC drama Sweet Family. Sweet Family is based off of the popular Marrying the Mafia films and tells the story of a mob boss (Jung Jun Ho) leading a double life as the head of a crime organization and the caring leader of his family.

Moon Jung Hee will portray his wife, and Jung Woong In will be our leading man’s main rival within the organization.

This has the potential for some great comedy. I always enjoy dramalands resident bad guy Jung Woong In (I Hear Your Voice, Yong Pal). Hopefully, his role will have a comedic flair to it.

Sweet Family will air in November on MBC.

Can’t wait–on my list to definitely check out! Sounds like all kinds of fun–a “Last Scandal” reunion. Maybe someday the DramaGods will make a show from the webtoon/manhwa “Dear, only you don’t know”. It’s the flipside of “Married to the Mob”, where the wife is the crime boss and the husband is clueless.
