Ji Hyun Woo (Beauty and Mr. Romantic) has accepted a lead role in the upcoming Korean drama The First Lady. The First Lady is a political drama that follows the scandal, secrets, and conflict that ensues after the newly elected president wants a divorce from his wife who is set to become the First Lady in the lead up to his inauguration.
Ji Hyun Woo will play the president. He joins Eugene (The Penthouse) who will play his wife. The drama comes from the writer of Hidden Identity.
The First Lady is hoping to air sometime in 2026 on MBN.
