Somehow, summer is already drawing to a close with fall fast approaching. As the cooler months draw near, we need our dramas more than ever, and thankfully, there are new ones on the way! Let’s see what we have to look forward to in this September 2024 edition of “Korean Dramas You Need to Be Watching.”

1. What Comes After Love
What Comes After Love follows the romance between a Korean woman (Lee Se Young) and a Japanese man (Sakaguchi Kentaro) who fall in love in Japan and then reunite 5 years after they break up in South Korea.
What Comes After Love is scheduled to premiere September 27 on Coupang Play.

2. The Judge from Hell
The Judge from Hell is about a demon (Park Shin Hye) from hell who takes over the body of a judge to punish those responsible for killing others by sending them to hell. During her mission, she gets involved with a kind-hearted detective (Kim Jae Young).
The Judge from Hell is scheduled to premiere September 21 on SBS.
3. Dear Haeri
Dear Haeri is a healing romance about an announcer (Shin Hye Sun) who develops Dissociative Identity Disorder after her younger brother disappears and a breakup with her longtime boyfriend (Lee Jin Wook).
Dear Haeri is scheduled to premiere September 23 on ENA.
4. Seoul Busters
Seoul Busters is a comedy crime drama about the skilled leader of a violent crimes unit (Kim Dong Wook) who comes in and transforms the country’s worst violent crime unit into the top one.
Seoul Busters is scheduled to premiere September 11 on Disney+.
5. Iron Family
Iron Family is about a family that has run a laundry business for generations that suddenly comes into money which allows them to pursue their dreams. Starring Kim Jung Hyun, Geum Sae Rok, Choi Tae Joon, Sungyeol
Iron Family is scheduled to premiere September 28 on KBS.
6. Gyeongseong Creature 2
Gyeongseong Creature 2 is a thriller that continues the story of Yoon Chae Ok (Han So Hee) as she time travels from 1945 to 2024 and encounters a man who looks like Jang Tae Sang (Park Seo Joon), and they get caught up in mysterious events.
Gyeongseong Creature 2 is scheduled to premiere September 27 on Netflix.

7. Love Next Door
Love Next Door is a romantic comedy that follows the story of woman (Jung So Min) with a difficult life who is trying to start over and her mom’s friend’s son (Jung Hae In) who was part of the darkest time of her life.
Love Next Door airs Saturday and Sunday on tvN.
8. No Gain No Love
No Gain No Love is a romantic comedy about a woman (Shin Min Ah) who enters a fake marriage with a part-time convenience store worker (Kim Young Dae) so that she won’t become disadvantaged.
No Gain No Love airs Monday and Tuesday on TVING.
9. Pachinko 2
Pachinko 2 is an epic generational tale that chronicles the life of a woman (Kim Min Ha/Youn Yuh Jung) who fell in love during the Japanese occupation of Korea and eventually has to leave her homeland and try to survive.
Pachinko 2 airs Friday on Apple TV+.
10. DNA Lover
DNA Lover is a romantic comedy that follows the relationship between a genetic researcher (Jung In Sun) trying to find love through genes and a gynecologist (Choi Siwon) that doesn’t believe in fate or marriage.
DNA Lover airs Saturday and Sunday on TV Chosun.

Bad Memory Eraser is a romance about a man (Kim Jaejoong) who uses a memory eraser to change his life and a neuropsychiatrist (Jin Se Yeon) who has his fate in her hands.

Romance in the House
Romance in the House is about a group of people who feel their lives are incomplete that come together as a family. They include a billionaire (Ji Jin Hee), his ex-wife (Kim Ji Soo), and a dependable eldest daughter (Son Na Eun).
Romance in the House airs Saturday and Sunday on JTBC.
Queen Woo
Queen Woo is a historical about a Queen (Jeon Jong Seo) who finds herself in the midst of a huge power struggle after her husband the king suddenly passes away and she needs to quickly find a new king.
Queen Woo airs Thursday on TVING.
Your Honor
Your Honor is about two fathers, one an upright and caring man (Son Hyun Joo) while the other is a ruthless crime boss (Kim Myung Min), who go to extreme lengths to protect their children.
Your Honor airs Monday and Tuesday on ENA.
Black Out
Black Out is about a man (Byun Yo Han) who returns to his hometown after he is released from prison for murder and gets involved in a mysterious event there.
Black Out airs Friday and Saturday on MBC.
Perfect Family
Perfect Family is about a model student (Park Ju Hyun) at the top of her class with a seemingly perfect family whose friend is murdered which results in her whole family getting caught up in the aftermath during an investigation by police (Kim Myung Soo and Kim Do Hyun).
Perfect Family airs Wednesday and Thursday on KBS.
