Creepy First Trailer Released for Korean Drama “Lovely Horribly”

Lovely Horribly Korean Drama - Park Shi Hoo and Song Ji Hyo

It’s time to check in with the new KBS romantic comedy horror drama Lovely Horribly starring Park Shi Hoo (My Golden Life) and Song Ji Hyo (This Week My Wife’s Having an Affair). We have our first trailer out which features eerie music to set the tone and shows Park Shi Hoo urgently following Song Ji Hyo. He eventually reaches her, and she turns around to give him quite a creepy look. I really like the eerie vibe of the trailer and am excited to see how this translates to the drama.

Lovely Horribly is a romance horror about a drama writer (Song Ji Hyo) whose scripts begin to happen in real life and a top star (Park Shi Hoo) whose traumatic past has caused him to be afraid of almost everything.

Lovely Horribly is scheduled to premiere August 13 on KBS.

Looking at this trailer you would almost say that this isn’t going to be a comedy, as exactly as you say it looks quite creepy and almost feels like a new version of the grudge/the ring 😊

  It really does feel like that! But romantic comedy horror it is, lol. I bet the next trailer will show some of the comedy. There are a couple dramas that kind of fit that genre like Master’s Sun and Let’s Fight Ghost. So I’m interested to see if this drama has a similar feel to it as them 🙂
