Eulachacha Waikiki Korean Drama - Lee Yi Kyung, Kim Jung Hyun, Son Seung Won

A fun second trailer is out for the upcoming JTBC drama Eulachacha Waikiki (also known as Laughter in Waikiki) starring Kim Jung Hyun (School 2017), Lee Yi Kyung (Go Back Couple), and Son Seung Won (Age of Youth 2).

And this one is full of craziness as it is chocked full of zany, over the top comedy! The characters find themselves in all sort of outrageous scenarios that just don’t seem to let up. It definitely has that Modern Farmer crazy comedy feel to it, so I’m extremely hopeful I will be in for a laugh out loud drama full of fun!

Eulachacha Waikiki is a comedy about three men who decide to open a guesthouse to make money and get involved with a single mother and her baby. Kim Jung Hyun will play a cynical man who dreams of being a movie director. Lee Yi Kyung is an actor who is the son of a famous star but finds himself stuck in minor roles while Son Seung Won is a writer having a difficult time. The drama comes from the writer of Modern Farmer and the PD of Man to Man.

Eulachacha Waikiki is scheduled to premiere February 5, 2018 on JTBC.

Well….I guess you already know what I am going to do with this one lol 😂😂
Admittedly the trailer was kind of funny….but this is not my cup of tea so to speak. Sorry 🙈🙈

Yep, knew that real fast, lol. This one looks to be full on comedy mode 🙂

The plot kinda remind me of the movie “Home Again”. But I think it’s not too similar with this kdrama… 🙂

I don’t think I’m familiar with that movie. I thought it kind of sounded like several plots merged together. The premise of a group of guys starting a business venture and getting involved with a bunch of quirky characters is also just like this writer’s past drama Modern Farmer just with a different setting and characters. I loved that drama, so I’m fine with another story like that 🙂
