Criminal Minds is Off to a Strong Start in Korean Drama Ratings

The tvN drama Criminal Minds starring Lee Joon Gi and Moon Chae Won saw its premiere this week. It was off to a strong start in Nielsen drama ratings by bringing in 4.2% for episode 1 on Wednesday. It did see a slight drop to 3.5% for episode 2 on Thursday.

Overall, these are great numbers to open with. I’m very interested to see how it will perform as the latest remake to grace Dramaland as well as being the first show in tvN’s new Wednesday-Thursday time slot. Of course, I’m really hoping for a ratings success for Lee Joon Gi too 🙂

Criminal Minds is a Korean remake of the American TV show of the same name. Starring Lee Joon Gi and Moon Chae Won, Criminal Minds is a crime drama about a team of FBI profilers.

Criminal Minds airs Wednesday and Thursday on tvN.

  Thank you for the kind words 🙂 As of now, neither DramaFever or Viki has acquired the license for Criminal Minds. They do get late licenses sometimes though, but that’s very hit or miss. It’s disappointing that neither of them are carrying it at this point 🙁

    I know right!! It’s sad that neither of them have it esp. I’d prefer watching it there instead.

      Same here. I really hope one of them at least gets it sometime down the road so more people have access to it.
