Choi Min Soo (The Liar and His Lover), Shin Sung Rok (On the Way to the Airport), and Kang Ye Won (Baek Hee Has Returned) have been confirmed to be starring in the upcoming MBC drama Man Who Dies to Live.
Man Who Dies to Live is about a man who returns home after becoming a nobleman in Arabia and tries to repair his relationship with his daughter and son-in-law. Choi Min Soo will play the father who finds success in Arabia. Kang Ye Won will play his daughter with Shin Sung Rok as his son-in-law.
This sounds like it will be a heartwarming family drama that focuses on healing. The cast is very interesting. I have always enjoyed Shin Sung Rok and am glad to see him in a leading role. Choi Min Soo is a unique and intense actor that will no doubt bring this character to life. I’ve only seen Kang Ye Won in Bad Guys, so I don’t really have much of an opinion about her. But overall this looks like a promising group.
Man Who Dies to Live is scheduled to premiere in July on MBC.

This definitely sounds like a very heartwarming story, although it can also turn the opposite way and turn into something really sad. Guess we will have to wait and see until the first trailer for it comes out 😊

Yeah, I’m interested to see a trailer for it to really get an idea of what kind of tone it will have. But the cast is really great!
