First Fun Musical Trailer Released for Korean Drama ‘Suspicious Partner’

I am in love with the first teaser trailer for the new new SBS drama Suspicious Partner (also called Be Careful of This Woman) starring Ji Chang Wook (The K2) and Nam Ji Hyun (Shopping King Louie)!

It’s a fun music and dance number that features the cast when they went “campaigning” to promote the drama. I saw some behind the scenes from the event, and it looked like so much fun. I’m glad they ended up turning it into a teaser.

Ji Chang Wook is completely adorkable in his suit and pink bow tie as he heads up the campaign event with a passionate speech. Nam Ji Hyun looks so beautiful and sophisticated. And our second leads of Choi Tae Joon (Missing 9) and Hello Venus’ Nara also get in on the fun for an entertaining group dance. What a wonderful way to get out and promote the drama!

Suspicious Partner is a romantic comedy thriller about prosecutors dealing with an amnesiac killer coming after them. Ji Chang Wook is a talented prosecutor turned attorney who suffered trauma in his past while Nam Ji Hyun is a prosecutor trainee. The drama comes from the writer of I Remember You and Protect the Boss.

Be Careful of This Woman is scheduled to premiere May 10 on SBS.

Haha, I can understand why you love this trailer: it is seriously funny, and exactly what you are saying yourself, a great way to promote a drama. I was having a bit of a lousy day, but I really cheered up a bit after seeing these. Thanks for sharing these 😊

  Aww, sorry you weren’t having such a good day. I’m glad this at least could give you a bit of a pick me up 🙂 It definitely brightened my day. It was so much fun that I watched it a few times, lol. But I’m really glad to see them getting so creative with their promotions to go along with the elections in South Korea. Hopefully, it gives them a boost going into the premiere since they will be up against some stiff competition!

I’m just hoping that the script doesn’t fall flat. It saddens me how some of these shows have a great premise, but fall flat.

  It does seem difficult for dramas to really rise above the rest. With such a great cast and premise, I’m hoping this one is able to do it!
