Lee Hyun Woo is Captivated By Joy in New Trailer for Korean Drama ‘The Liar and His Lover’

We have another sweet trailer for the upcoming tvN drama The Liar and His Lover starring Lee Hyun Woo (Moorim School) and Red Velvet’s Joy. In this one, Joy is singing in a recording studio as Lee Hyun Woo watches.

A smile comes across his face as he is captivated by her beautiful voice. But he changes to a firm expression and then asks her if she practiced and tells her to do it again. He turns away from her and then lets that smile return to his face. More cuteness!

The Liar and His Lover is based off of the popular Japanese manga about the romance between a genius sound producer (Lee Hyun Woo) living under a hidden identity and a high school girl (Joy) with a beautiful voice who falls for him at first sight.

The Liar and His Lover is scheduled to premiere March 20 on tvN.

Wow looks like some really exciting dramas coming up. Loved Lee Min Ho in The Legend of the Deep Blue Sea. Probably mistitled. But it’s such a great drama. Excellent acting. Looks like awesome actors coming up . Egear to see them.

  Definitely a lot to look forward! There’s quite a few I’m also eagerly awaiting. I loved Legend of the Blue Sea too and thought Lee Min Ho was wonderful in it 🙂

Her voice is lovely! I can’t decide if this will be boring? Or cute? Not sure what the actual plot is about. Maybe their chemistry will be off the chain, who knows!

  It is really pretty! Haha, well I guess there’s no way to tell until it starts 😉 I think it’s supposed to be more of a sweet romance. But Lee Hyun Woo’s character is hiding his identity for some reason, so maybe there is a little something more going on. Guess we’ll see 🙂

Guysss It’s been two years since the drama came out but i just watched it recently! Im so sad I didnt know red velvet back then cause if i was to know them and known joy was in it i wouldve definetly checked it out RIGHT AWAY (ToT)/~~~

  It may have been two years since the drama came out, but it’s just as good as ever! 🙂 Joy really was great in this one, and I thoroughly enjoyed her performance. She was also adorable with Lee Hyun Woo. Such a great drama 🙂
