Lee Hyun Woo (Moorim School) and Red Velvet’s Joy will be starring in the new tvN drama The Liar and His Lover (also known as She Loves Lies) based off of the popular Japanese manga.

The Liar and His Lover is about the romance between a genius sound producer (Lee Hyun Woo) living under a hidden identity and a high school girl (Joy) with a beautiful voice who falls for him at first sight. It comes from the PD of Marriage Contract and Time Between Dog and Wolf.

I’m really looking forward to this manga adaptation as it sounds like a very sweet love story. I really like Lee Hyun Woo and hope that Joy does well in her first project.

The Liar and His Lover is looking to air in March on tvN.
