Kdrama Kisses

Hong Jong Hyun (Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Goryeo) has been confirmed for the new sageuk The King Loves starring Im Shi Wan (Misaeng) and Yoona (The K2). Hong Jong Hyun will play the prince’s friend, making him the third member of our love triangle.

I like this casting, and I think he will make a great addition to the drama. And with the main cast pretty much in place, I’ll be anxiously awaiting more details, promo stills, and trailers.

The King Loves is about an ambitious and conflicted crown prince (Im Shi Wan) in the Goryeo era who is looking to conquer. He falls in love with the daughter (Yoona) of the richest man in the nation and ends up in a tragic love triangle with her and his close friend (Hong Jong Hyun).

The King Loves is looking to air sometime in 2017.
