Lee Je Hoon Offered Lead Role in Korean Drama Tomorrow With You

Tomorrow With You Korean Drama - Lee Je Hoon

My interest in this drama has just been renewed! Lee Je Hoon (Signal) has been offered the leading role in the new tvN drama Tomorrow With You.  An offer is also still out to Shin Min Ah (Oh My Venus) for the leading lady.

Tomorrow With You is a fantasy romantic comedy about a time traveler and his wife. Lee Je Hoon would play the time traveler who is rich, but after seeing himself unhappy in the future, he enters into a loveless marriage with Shin Min Ah to try to prevent it. But along the way, he slowly begins to fall in love with her.

The PD’s previous works include Oh My Ghostess and High School King of Savvy.  The writer is Heo Sung Hye of Beyond the Clouds and All About My Wife.

Okay, so it’s not that I ever lost interest in the drama, because I do really like the premise, but me along with many fans were disappointed when Lee Min Ki lost out on the lead role.  But as far a replacements go, I really like Lee Je Hoon and think he will certainly look wonderful alongside Shin Min Ah. I’m really hoping both of these actors accept.

Tomorrow With You is looking to air in beginning of 2017 on tvN.

I feel the same way about this news. I was sorry about Lee Min Ki, but Lee Je Hoon is a great choice as replacement.

After Lee Min Ki stepped down, I kept wondering who I would like to see fill the role. I hadn’t thought of Lee Je Hoon, but the second I heard his name mentioned, I thought he sounded like a perfect fit 🙂
