Ji Soo Joins Park Shin Hye and Kim Rae Won in Korean Drama Doctors

Doctors Korean Drama - Ji Soo

Yay!  This guy has certainly been keeping busy.  Ji Soo (Sassy Go Go) will be joining Park Shin Hye (Pinocchio) and Kim Rae Won (Punch) in the new SBS drama Doctors.  His character will have a one-sided love with Park Shin Hye during their teen years.

Despite the medical setting, Doctors already had me on the hook with the casting of Park Shin Hye.  Now they add Ji Soo as a supporting character, and it pretty much seals the deal.  How can I not tune in?

Ah, but why is Ji Soo always left pining for women he can’t have?  At least he has a main role in the drama special Page Turner.  Here’s hoping he gets a proper lead role soon!

Since it is being pre-produced, even though filming has been long been underway for his other drama Scarlet Heart: Goryeo, Doctors will hit the air before it in June.

Doctors is about a tough young woman (Park Shine Hye) who was a bully in her past but with a little help is working to become a doctor.  Kim Rae Won will play a realistic and outgoing Chief of Neurosurgery who will be helping our troubled doctor.

Doctors is scheduled to premiere in June on SBS.
