Kdrama Kisses

Park Shin Hye (Pinocchio) and Kim Rae Won (Punch) have confirmed they will headline the new SBS drama Doctors.  Doctors is about a tough young woman who was a bully in her past but with a little help is working to become a doctor.  Park Shin Hye will play our leading lady.  Kim Rae Won will play a realistic and outgoing Chief of Neurosurgery who will be helping our troubled doctor.

I have some mixed feelings on this one.  I love Park Shin Hye and have been waiting to see her in a new drama.  I’ve never seen Kim Rae Won before, but I think he looks like a great pairing with Park Shin Hye.  But I generally dislike doctor dramas.  I just don’t care for lots of surgeries, and they tend to gravitate toward that episodic feel.

I liked last years Yong Pal, but that had action and a fantastical story.  I’m hoping this drama surprises me and pulls me in with the trailers because I really want to check this out for Park Shin Hye.

Doctors is scheduled to premiere in June on SBS.
