Kdrama Kisses

Yoon Shi Yoon (Flower Boy Next Door) has been offered the lead role in the new JTBC drama Mirror of the Witch (or Witch Bogam).  It is a fantasy romance sageuk about the Joseon royal physician, Heo Jun.  He is known as the father of Eastern medicine.  With that in mind, there will likely be some sort of magic.  Directing will be the PD of Maids and Who Are You?

I adore Yoon Shi Yoon and have been eagerly anticipating news of his first project since returning from the military.  I would probably prefer a more traditional rom-com, but I would still look forward to seeing his first foray into sageuk waters.

Mirror of the Witch is looking to air after the completion of Ms. Temper and Nam Jung Gi on JTBC.
