Kdrama Kisses

Kim Bum (Hidden Identity) has confirmed he will be joining the cast of the new SBS drama Mrs. Cop 2…as the villain!  He will play a loan shark who is the director of the biggest loan company around.  He’s handsome, cool, and collected on the outside, but vicious on the inside.  He has the ability to get what he needs out of people and turn it against them.

Well, this is a fabulous addition to the cast!  I really like Kim Bum and have no doubt he can pull off this dark, antagonistic character.  Although his recent drama Hidden Identity was a big flop in my book, I loved his wounded, broody character.

With the recent additions of Im Seulong (Hogu’s Love) as a detective who is an upright, no-nonsense kind of guy with some interesting talents and Son Dam Bi (What’s With This Family) as a small town cop who longs to become a detective, this drama is really begging me to take a look at it.

I also really like Kim Sung Ryung (Queen’s Flower) who will play our Mrs. Cop in the lead role.  Kim Min Jong is the only returning cast member who will continue his role as the section chief.

Mrs. Cop 2 is about of an FBI trained detective named Go Yoon Jung who is brought in to lead the violent crimes unit and work on a case connected with her past.

Mrs. Cop 2 is scheduled to premiere in March on SBS.
