Kdrama Kisses

Seo Kang Joon (Cheese in the Trap) has been offered the lead role in the new MBC drama Monster (previously titled Tyrant).  Hwang Jung Eum has also previously been offered a lead role and is still considering.  The role Seo Kang Joon would play is that of a man going through adversity as he goes up against the rich elite.

Monster is a revenge drama that will show the reality of the rich elite during the Asian Financial Crisis of 1997 and will take place over a 20 year period.  Monster comes from the writer of Giant, Incarnation of Money, and Empress Ki.

Monster is scheduled to premiere in April on MBC.

Update: As of 1/21/16, both Seo Kang Joon and Hwang Jung Eum have decided NOT to be in Monster.  Kang Ji Hwan (Big Man) has now been confirmed to have accepted the lead male role.
