The Kitchen Kiss happens in episode 8 of Oh My Ghostess while Sun Ae (Kim Seul Gi) is currently possessing Bong Sun’s (Park Bo Young) body. When Bong Sun/Sun Ae is accidently dowsed with water in the restaurant kitchen, Sun Woo (Jo Jung Suk) comes to her aid by helping her dry off. As he helps to pat her dry, his feelings for her finally come to the surface, and he is unable to hold them back any longer.
As she mumbles about being clumsy, he pauses to look at her. When she catches his gaze, he waits a moment and then makes his move. He places his hand on her back and pulls her in for a kiss.
As the music picks up in the background, Bong Sun/Sun Ae immerses herself in the tender kiss. But a moment later, Sun Ae steps out of Bong Sun’s body leaving a stunned and wide eyed Bong Sun in the middle of a kiss. As Sun Ae looks on, Sun Woo and Bong Sun meet each other’s gaze at the conclusion of the kiss.
Such a tender moment, but certainly complicated by the fact that Sun Ae was initially in possession of Bong Sun’s body. This was just the start of the complex feelings to come for our trio.
