Kim Woo Bin and Suzy have confirmed that they will star in the new drama Uncontrollably Fond (Lightly, Ardently). The drama is a romance from the screenwriter of Nice Guy, Thank You, and A Love to Kill. The story is about Shin Joon Young (played by Kim Woo Bin), a top star, and No Eul (Suzy), a documentary producer. The two have a horrible encounter when they are younger and meet again after many years.
I really like the works I have seen from this writer, so I am pretty excited for the potential of this drama. We will be welcoming back both Kim Woo Bin and Suzy who haven’t been in a drama since 2013.
Uncontrollably Fond will air in 2016 on KBS.
Update: The drama is now titled Lightly, Ardently.
