Kim Se Jeong (Moon River) has taken a lead role in the new Korean drama High School Queen. High School Queen follows the story of a Joseon Queen consort who is a skilled swordman that has her soul is transported into the body of a modern day high school student where she takes on bullies.
Kim Se Jeong will play the Queen consort. She will be joined by Bae Hyun Sung (Shin’s Project) who will play a royal guard with feelings for the Queen consort in the past and a kendo club star in the present as well as Cho Han Gyul (Undercover Miss Hong) who will play the King in the past and a mysterious transfers student in the present.
High School Queen plans to air in 2027.
