Despite minor decreases, the Korean drama The Crowned Clown (also known as Gwanghae: The Man Who Became King) starring Yeo Jin Goo and Lee Se Young had another great showing in Nielsen drama ratings this week. It brought in 8.1% for episode 5 followed by a dip to 7.6% for episode 6. Numbers were down across the board on Tuesday though, so hopefully next week it will see an uptick in numbers.
The Crowned Clown follows the story of a king (Yeo Jin Goo) who fears for his life so he brings in a kind look-a-like clown to stand in for him. A love triangle will also ensue between the two and the queen (Lee Se Young).
The Crowned Clown airs Monday and Tuesday on tvN.
