The Voice Korean Drama

The second trailer has been released for the new OCN crime thriller The Voice starring Jang Hyuk (Beautiful Mind) and Lee Ha Na (Unkind Women). The first trailer showed a woman trapped in the trunk of a car pleading for someone to save her.

This trailer continues along the same line with a woman calling the police from inside the trunk. She asks for help from the dispatcher, but their conversation is interrupted by a hooded figure opening the trunk.

Still no sign of Jang Hyuk or Lee Ha Na, but I expect they will be showing up very soon. The trailers thus far certainly set up the creepy tone well, and I’m very interested to see more.

The Voice is about workers at a 112 emergency call center. When a serial killer starts killing their family members, they work together to catch the culprit.

The Voice is scheduled to premiere in January 2017 on OCN.

Okay, I am really getting excited for this series. Hopefully they will release a full trailer soon, but honestly even if they did not, these teasers already manage to set up a truly creepy vibe for it. Nice!

I’m so ready for a full trailer too. I know filming is already underway, and OCN is usually pretty generous with trailers, so I’m hoping for one with the leads very soon. Definitely seems creepy!

Indeed … I really hope that the darkness conveyed by the trailer will be kept throughout the story. It would be a change from all the current airing dramas.

Yeah, OCN tends to be darker than other networks, and they say it’s supposed to be a more gritty drama. I hope they are able to deliver too.
