Kim Hee Ae (The Whirlwind) has accepted a lead role in the new Korean drama Gold Digger. Gold Digger is a remake of the British series of the same name and follows the psychological battle that ensues after a mysterious freelance designer approaches the middle-aged head of a publishing company and they wonder whether this is love or deception.
Kim Hee Ae will play the head of a publishing company. She joins Noh Sang Hyun (Perfect Crown) who will also star as the mysterious freelance designer.
Gold Digger plans to air later in 2026 on JTBC.
