Lee Jae Wook (Dear Hongrang) and Shin Ye Eun (A Hundred Memories) will be starring in the upcoming Korean drama The Persevering Doctor. The Persevering Doctor is a romantic comedy about a plastic surgeon given the assignment to work on an isolated island as a public health doctor along with a mysterious nurse, and they encounter the island’s quirky residents.
Lee Jae Wook will play the doctor with Shin Ye Eun as the nurse. The drama comes from the PD of The Fiery Priest.
The Persevering Doctor plans to air in 2026 on ENA.
