The first trailer is out for the new Korean drama Genie, Make a Wish starring Kim Woo Bin (Black Knight) and Suzy (Doona!). It shows Suzy in a desert holding a lamp and then Kim Woo Bin the genie emerges ready to cause mischief.
Genie, Make a Wish is a fantasy romantic comedy about an emotionally volatile genie (Kim Woo Bin) who is trapped in a lamp and grants three wishes to a woman (Suzy) who doesn’t have emotions that helps him escape.
The drama comes from popular writer Kim Eun Sook who penned The Glory, Goblin: The Lonely and Great God, and Mr. Sunshine.
Genie, Make a Wish plans is scheduled to premiere in October on Netflix.
