Lee El (When the Stars Gossip) has joined the cast of the upcoming Korean drama Waiting for Gyeongdo. Waiting for Gyeongdo is a romantic comedy about an entertainment reporter who reunites with his ex-girlfriend after her husband is involved in a cheating scandal.
She joins the previously confirmed Park Seo Joon (Gyeongseong Creature) who will play the entertainment reporter and Won Ji An (Squid Game 2) who will play his ex-girlfriend. Lee El will play Won Ji An’s dedicated older sister. The drama comes from the PD of King the Land and the writer of Thirty-Nine and Divorce Attorney Shin.
Waiting for Gyeongdo is looking to air later in 2025 on JTBC.
