Won Ji An (Squid Game 2) has accepted a starring role in the new Korean drama Waiting for Gyeongdo. Waiting for Gyeongdo is a romantic comedy about an entertainment reporter who reunites with his ex-girlfriend after her husband is involved in a cheating scandal.
Won Ji An will play the ex-girlfriend. She joins Park Seo Joon (Gyeongseong Creature) who will play the entertainment reporter. The drama comes from the PD of King the Land and the writer of Thirty-Nine and Divorce Attorney Shin.
Waiting for Gyeongdo has plans to air sometime later in 2025 on JTBC.
