Park Hyung Sik (Doctor Slump) has taken a starring role in the new Korean drama Treasure Island. Treasure Island is about a Public Affairs Team leader at Daesan Group who hides his ambition to rise to the top and a rich and powerful professor who controls society from behind the scenes.
Park Hyung Sik will play the Public Affairs Team Leader. He joins Heo Joon Ho (Bloodhounds) who will play the professor and Hong Hwa Yeon (True to Love). The drama comes from the writer of Money Flower.
Treasure Island is planning to air sometime in 2025 on SBS.
