Here’s another trailer for the new Korean drama Crash Course in Romance starring Jung Kyung Ho (Hospital Playlist 2) and Jeon Do Yeon (Lost). This one shows some cute encounters between our pair as a romance begins to develop.
Crash Course in Romance follows the story of a popular instructor (Jung Kyung Ho) and the owner of a side dish shop (Jeon Do Yeon) who belatedly joins the world of education entrance exams.
Crash Course in Romance is scheduled to premiere January 14 on tvN.

Just finished the first two episodes and now have to wait for the next episode to open. It seems to have potential. Looking forward to Jeon Do Yeon’s performance.

Same here. I wasn’t sure after episode 1 but by episode 2 I’m definitely in 🙂

Yes, episode 1 was lacking. They threw too much much info at us but episode2 gives me hope for a good show.

I have been hearing really good things about this drama so far. It’s already pretty popular, more so than I anticipated. I hope it stays good as it looks fun, and it’s been a while since I’ve got to see the amazing Jung Kyung Ho in a show 🙂

This is not a romance comedy. After the first several episodes it gets very dark. There is suicide, bullying, abusive parents, serial starker, killing and stressed out teen students.

I ended up really liking it but thought the FL was miscast. There was not a lot of chemistry between the leads but the story was pretty solid and held my interest throughout. You’re totally right about the societal negatives being portrayed but made for an interesting story.

Hmmm, surprised to hear it has a fairly dark side. It definitely looked very fun and upbeat. Dramas do pull that swicth-er-oo sometimes for sure.
