November is bringing several new kdramas to Viki! We have a couple of new ones this month as well as one that came in right at the end of last month. They include a mystery slice of life and a couple of melodramas:
Curtain Call
Stars: Kang Ha Neul, Ha Ji Won, and Go Doo Shim
Curtain Call is about an old woman who fled North Korea and was separated from her husband and child. She sets up a hotel in South Korea and hopes to reunite with them before she dies. An unknown theater actor pretends to be her grandson in order to fulfill her last wish and gets involved with the woman’s granddaughter.

Reborn Rich
Stars: Song Joong Ki and Shin Hyun Bin
Reborn Rich is about a man who was loyal to a chaebol family but was framed for embezzlement and then killed. He is reborn as the youngest son of the family and sets out to take over as he plans his revenge.

Summer Strike
Stars: Im Siwan and Seolhyun
Summer Strike is a romance set in a small seaside town about a librarian and a woman who recently quit her job.

I’ll give Reborn Rich a go… let’s see how long I will last. 😄 Summer Strike actually sounds pretty nice, but what are the odds we’ll get a serial killer in it? 😉

Summer Strike looks nice too. Let’s see, by using a very sophisticated calculation method, I would deduce that any given kdrama at any given time has a 50/50 chance of producing a serial killer 😅
