Kim So Yeon Considering Lead Role in Season 2 of “Tale of the Nine-Tailed”

Tale of the Nine-Tailed 2 Korean Drama - Kim So Yeon

Kim So Yeon (The Penthouse) is considering a lead role in season 2 of the Korean drama Tale of the Nine-Tailed. The first season of Tale of the Nine-Tailed was about a gumiho who handled problems between the living world and the underworld and the PD of a program about urban legends who was trying to prove the gumiho is real.

Season 2 is planning to have a historical setting including the Joseon dynasty and Japanese occupation. Lee Dong Wook (Strangers From Hell) is set to reprise his role as the gumiho. Kim So Yeon’s potential character is unknown.

Tale of the Nine-Tailed 2 is looking to air sometime in 2022.

If her make up not too bold like Penthouse era, I thought it’s lil bit match with the character. I’ve seen her in running man she looks cute and innocent.
Did you know why Jo Bo Ah refused this drama? Tbh she’s more suitable for 9 tailed🥺

I’m not sure why Jo Bo Ah didn’t return. I know she’s supposed to be in another drama in 2022. It may also be just because they changed the setting to the past, and since they already told her story, her character wouldn’t be needed. Hopefully, Kim So Yeon will do well in it though 🙂
