Hyeri (Miss Lee) has been offered a lead role in the upcoming Korean historical drama Thinking of the Moon When the Flower Blooms. Thinking of the Moon When the Flower Blooms is set during the strongest prohibition law in Joeseon and centers around an inspector looking to restore the name of his family, a woman making alcohol to pay back her debt, and a crown prince that frequently sneaks out of the palace for drinks.
Hyeri would play the woman making alcohol to pay back her debt. Still considering a starring role is Yoo Seung Ho (Memorist) who would play the inspector. The drama comes from the PD of Doctor Prisoner.
Thinking of the Moon When the Flower Blooms is looking to air in the second half of 2021 on KBS.
