Seo Ji Hoon (To All The Guys Who Loved Me) will be starring in the new Korean drama Youth. Youth is inspired by the fictional BTS Universe which depicts the lives and friendships of seven boys as they go a journey of growth.
Seo Ji Hoon will play Jin. The rest of the main cast includes Noh Jong Hyun (playing Yoon Gi), Ahn Ji Ho (playing Ho Seok), Seo Young Joo (playing Nam Joon), Kim Yoon Woo (playing Ji Min), Jung Woo Jin (playing Tae Hyung), and Jeon Jin Seo (playing Jung Kook).
This is a project I have really been looking forward to. I think we have a promising group of young actors to take on the roles of the BTS members from the BTS Universe. It’s a moving story of friendship that depicts complicated themes that packs an emotional punch. I’m excited to see it come to life as a drama!
Youth is looking to air sometime in 2021.
I do of course know BTS, but I’m not that much into K-pop. I don’t think this will be a series for me, but I’m pretty sure this is going to be a series for the fans😊 Hope it will be worth the wait😀

Well, the story itself isn’t related to Kpop, it just sort of originated from there, hehe. It’s a fictional story told throughout many of BTS’s music videos over the years. I really hope they do it justice since it is a very in depth and emotional story of growth and friendship that covers some darker themes. Maybe the trailer will win you over 😉
