Joo Ji Hoon (Hyena) has accepted a lead role in the new Korean drama Mount Jiri. He joins the previously confirmed Jun Ji Hyun (Legend of the Blue Sea) who will also star. Jun Ji Hyun will play a top park ranger, and Joo Ji Hoon will be a new park ranger who becomes her partner.
Mount Jiri is a mystery drama about the Mount Jiri National Park rangers as they rescue people. It comes from hit writer Kim Eun Hee of the dramas Signal, Kingdom, and Ghost.
Mount Jiri is has plans to air in 2021.
Well, that doesn’t sound bad at all. Have to admit I like dramas that involve rescues and stuff like that, so could be interesting!😊

I thought it sounded interesting too. Also a great writer, so another good reason to tune in 🙂

This looks rather promising. And it has JJH. Just as long as there are no zombies. 😁

That it does 🙂 I think we’re safe from zombies in this one…that is unless some of the ones from Kingdom somehow survived into the present day and make a surprise appearance 😂

Ahahaha. We never know.
Jun Ji Hyun appeared in Kingdom 2 too. So probably she and Ju Ji Hoon might have met there, and continued their journey as reincarnated rescuers in the present days in Mount Jiri. Hahaha.
