Woo Do Hwan (The King: Eternal Monarch) is considering a lead role in the upcoming Korean drama Hero. Hero is about ordinary people who fight against the large and powerful evil forces that throw society into chaos. A former prosecutor who is now struggling to get by ends up joining the fight.
Woo Do Hwan would take on the role of the former prosecutor. It would be good to see him another a lead role, and this sounds like a good character for him.
Hero is planning to air on OCN.
Good to hear this! I’ve started liking him after The King Eternal Monarch…the first time I saw him in anything.

Oooh! Save Me is a fantastic drama! Really dark but so well done. And that seems to be where most people really started to take a liking to Woo Do Hwan, so definitely a good one to watch for him 🙂

I thought he enlisted for his military service. Not that I am complaining about a new drama with WDH…

I don’t think I’ve seen any official reports. I’ve seen several mention he should be enlisting this year though. But I guess that doesn’t stop the offers from rolling in, hehe 🙂
