Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim 2 Korean Drama - Han Seok Kyu

The new Korean Drama Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim 2 starring Han Seok Kyu, Ahn Hyo Seop, and Lee Sung Kyung is off to a fantastic start in Nielsen drama ratings! It actually pulled off double digit numbers for it’s premiere night and then rose to a whopping 18.0% on the second night. That’s practically unheard of these days. Talk about impressive!

Ep. 1: 10.8%
Ep. 2: 14.9%
Ep. 3: 13.2%
Ep. 4: 18.0%

Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim 2 is about a talented doctor (Han Seok Kyu) who used to live as a recluse that mentors younger doctors (Ahn Hyo Seop and Lee Sung Kyung) by teaching them about life and love.

Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim 2 airs Monday and Tuesday on SBS.

That’s impressive numbers these days. Well, the S1 was rather well loved too, I didn’t watch it though.

  They really are. It’s pretty hard for a drama to reach that near the end of its run let alone during the first week. I didn’t watch the first season either since I don’t usually watch medical dramas, but it sounded like it was really well done and definitely loved by many fans.
