I didn’t watch the first season, but it’s always good to see a drama have such success. And it looks like the cast for the second season is also fantastic 🙂

I’m not a big fan of medical dramas since I am a doctor and I feel kinda awkward when things aren’t accurate. Maybe I’m a little bit oc that way haha.

And I’ve been putting off watching romantic dr Kim for a while until a friend of mine kept pushing me to watch it.

I’m glad I gave in. You should watch it also. I highly recommend it. It’s very realistic. And everything was portrayed quite well. The chemistry between the cast was amazing. Seo Hyun Jin and Yoo yeon seok clicked so well and I understand why they call Yoo Yeon Seok a master kisser hahaha.

If you have the time and there are not much on your list, hopefully you can check it out. 😊

I believe I remember you mentioning that about medical dramas and your profession before. I think many medical shows aren’t accurate at times, so I can understand the frustration in that. It happens with cop dramas a lot too.

Yeah, I still really don’t care for medical dramas in general though, lol. I’m very squeamish with medical stuff, and I can just never fully relax and enjoy a medical drama. Which is why I was really disappointed to miss Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim since it was from a writer I like, and then I heard it was really good. Although I usually don’t much go for realistic dramas either, hehe. So maybe it wouldn’t have worked for me anyways. At least that’s what I tell myself 😉

Don’t force it if it’s really not for you. I do admit it’s kinda raw so if you’re squeamish then it’s not for you. 😊

Yeah, that’s what I gathered after reading some comments after it first aired. I do occasionally watch a medical drama, but I’m pretty selective and am more likely to go with one that’s not so raw and maybe focuses on other plot elements more. Even then, I usually come out of it half glad I watched it and half traumatized telling myself not to watch another medical drama, lol
