February brings new dramas to Viki! And don’t miss out on some amazing recently aired dramas they’ve also recently acquired. For new dramas, there’s a rom-com reunion of a fan favorite couple, a mystery thriller, a historical, and a mystery melodrama. Here are the dramas coming our way:
Haechi
Stars: Jung Il Woo and Go Ara
Haechi is the story of a prince born of the king and a commoner who bands together with a ragtag group that includes a government inspector to try and secure his position on the throne.

Touch Your Heart is a romantic comedy about a lawyer who hires a secretary, but it turns out she is an actress that was recently involved in a big scandal who is trying to get a new role through the job.

Stars: Park Shi Hoo and Jang Hee Jin
Babel is a mystery melodrama about a prosecutor who learns a big corporation was connected to his father’s death and sets out to find the truth. He then becomes the prosecutor on a case with a former top actress as the lead suspect in her husband’s murder.

The Item
Stars: Joo Ji Hoon and Jin Se Yeon
The Item is a fantasy drama about a prosecutor and a criminal profiler who who work to discover the secret behind mysterious items that give different superpowers.

It’s been a while since I saw a Kdrama so I think it’s time I start one. I loved While You Were Sleeping so Tower of Babel looks promising.

Touch Your Heart would be my pick from the new dramas since I was a big fan of Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na in Goblin. I’m so looking forward to their reunion! 🙂

Goblin was SO good I legit watched it about 3 times and I’m still shook. WYWS was the only one that matched its level of storytelling for me but Weightlifting Fairy was super cute

Yay for Goblin fans! It was an awesome drama as was While You Were Sleeping. I’m a fan of both writers so I’ll be looking forward to whatever their next projects are to hopefully get some more terrific stories 🙂

I haven’t heard anything about a new drama yet. Her latest drama Mr. Sunshine just aired last summer. So I was expecting maybe in the next few months we might at least get a new project announced. Of course, her productions are so big that it would then likely be a while before it makes it to air. I’m anxious to see what direction she will go in 🙂

Hi D! I’m really happy about them too. I’m particularly glad about all the dramas they got that we lost on DF. Now I can check out Beauty Inside and The Third Charm at some point. I’m definitely going to watch SKY Castle too because of all the rave reviews. I’m so curious as to what got everyone so excited! 🙂
