Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung Korean Drama - ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo and Shin Se Kyung

ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo (My ID is Gangnam Beauty) and Shin Se Kyung (Black Knight) have been offered starring roles in the new Korean historical drama Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung. Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung is about 19th century women who faced prejudice for being writers of historical records. Shin Se Kyung would play one of the record keepers with Cha Eun Woo as the lonely prince who develops feelings for her.

Oooh, I would love to see Shin Se Kyung in a new historical! And this sounds like a fun role for her. I certainly never pictured her with Cha Eun Woo, but I’m open to the pairing and would also love to see him in another lead role after My ID is Gangnam Beauty.

Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung is planning to air later in 2019.

I am waiting for Cha Eun Woo’s new drama but I don’t like this actress from Bride of water god? I am not sure if they will make a good pair.

  Aww, Shin Se Kyung is one of my favorite actresses, so I’m really excited to see her in a new drama. It’s kind of hard to picture the pairing, but I’m always pretty open, and I like Cha Eun Woo too. I’ll be happy if they both sign on 🙂
