Joo Ji Hoon and Jin Se Yeon Accept Lead Roles in Korean Drama “Item”

Item Korean Drama - Joo Ji Hoon and Jin Se Yeon

Joo Ji Hoon (Mask) and Jin Se Yeon (Grand Prince) have accepted lead roles in the new MBC drama Item. Item is a fantasy drama about a prosecutor and a criminal profiler who who work to discover the secret behind items that give different superpowers.

Joo Ji Hoon will play a prosecutor trying to solve the mystery of these items while trying to save his niece with Jin Se Yeon as the criminal profiler. The two previously starred together in the 2012 drama Five Fingers. Kim Kang Woo (My Husband Oh Jak Doo) is confirmed as our villain who is an inventor obsessed with the items.

The drama comes from the writer of Save Me. Save Me was an amazing drama, so I’m very curious to see what else this writer can come up with especially since this drama seems very different. This should be interesting to watch develop!

Item is looking to air in early 2019 on MBC.
