“Life” Breaks JTBC Premiere Record in Korean Drama Ratings

Life Korean Drama - Lee Dong Wook and Jo Seung Woo

The new medical drama Life starring Lee Dong Wook and Jo Seung Woo premiered with fantastic numbers in Nielsen drama ratings. It even broke the JTBC record for the highest drama premiere on the network by bringing in 4.3% for episode 1 on Monday. It then rose to 4.9% for episode 2 on Tuesday. Now that’s a a good way to start your drama run!

Life is about a power struggle in the emergency center of a hospital with Lee Dong Wook as an emergency room doctor and Jo Seung Woo as a chief director. The drama comes from the writer of the hit drama Secret Forest.

Life airs Monday and Tuesday on JTBC.
