Lee Je Hoon (Signal) is confirmed to be headlining the new SBS drama Fox Bride Star (or Yeowoo Gaksibyeol and previously called People of Incheon Airport). An offer is also out to Chae Soo Bin (I’m Not a Robot) to star opposite of him.

Fox Bride Star is about two rookies who work in the customer service department at Incheon Airport. It comes from the writer of the hit drama Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim and the PD of Gu Family Book.

I’m glad we finally have our leading man secured after the merry go round of casting offers we’ve had with this drama. Offers first went out to Hyun Bin and Park Shin Hye followed by Park Bo Gum and Suzy.

I find Lee Je Hoon to be so likable in his dramas, so I look forward to seeing him in this role. Chae Soo Bin has been keeping busy with dramas, and I think she would make a nice pairing with Lee Je Hoon. Hopefully, we have both our leads secured soon!

Fox Bride Star is looking to air later in 2018 on SBS.
