Handsome Guy and Jung Eum Korean Drama - Choi Tae Joon

Choi Tae Joon (Suspicious Partner) is now up to join the cast of the new SBS drama Handsome Guy and Jung Eum alongside stars Nam Goong Min (Falsify) and Hwang Jung Eum (Lucky Romance). He would play a doctor who is a close friends with Hwang Jung Eum. Aww, this has sweet second lead who doesn’t get the girl written all over it!

I always love seeing what Choi Tae Joon brings to his characters and think he would make a wonderful addition to an already fantastic cast. Still hoping for him to get a proper lead role soon, but in the meantime, I wouldn’t mind seeing him in this drama!

Handsome Guy and Jung Eum is a romantic comedy about a man (Nam Goong Min) who knows everything there is to know about love and a woman (Hwang Jung Eum) whose biggest dream is to get married.

Handsome Guy and Jung Eum is looking to air May on SBS.

ok I wasn’t sure if I was going to watch this show but now that Choi Tae Joon is joining – that’s a different story. 🙂 I saw him for the first time in Suspicious Partner and really liked him there.

I was already on board, but if Choi Tae Joon joins that completely sweetens the deal! I really loved him in Suspicious Partner too. I’ve enjoyed several of his roles where he plays a sweet guy, but he’s also really good as a more villainous character. I even chose him as my favorite villain in 2017! lol. So yes, he would be a wonderful addition to this drama 🙂

Favourite villain? O really? I haven’t seen him as a villain but that’s a great actor then. Can’t wait for him to reprise another role but I hope it’s an interesting one rather than being just another sweet second lead.

Yes, I think he’s very versatile and is quite enjoyable either way. One of the many reasons I like him! If you’re ever in the mood to see his villainous side, check out Missing 9 (the drama has quite a few issues, but it has some really good stuff too). This role does sound like more of a typical sweet second lead though, but at least we know he plays that well 🙂
