Shin Hye Sun (My Golden Life) will joining Lee Jong Suk (While You Were Sleeping) to star in the upcoming SBS mini drama Hymn of Death (also known as Death Song). She will play the first female soprano singer in Joseon.

Lee Ji Hoon (Unni is Alive) has also been cast to play a third leg of the love triangle. So now we’ve got a pretty nice cast lined up for this drama, and I’m excited to see this come together!

Hymn of Death is a 2 episode period drama about the woman (Shin Hye Sun) who is known as the first soprano singer in Joseon and a genius composer (Lee Jong Suk) who was her lover. It comes from the PD of While You Were Sleeping.

Hymn of Death is looking to air in April on SBS.
